The Provider provides the Customer with functions for generating content using Artificial Intelligence. The Provider strives to provide an error-free service but cannot guarantee that the use of this website will be completely uninterrupted.

3. Terms of Use

The Customer agrees to use this website and services only for lawful purposes. The Customer will not use the website for illegal activities or in a manner that violates or restricts the rights of others.

The Customer is responsible for all activities that take place under their account.

4. Copyrights and Content

The Customer retains all copyrights to content created or uploaded via the platform. By using this website, the Customer grants the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide right to store, process, and display this content.

Content generated by the AI model belongs to the Customer who generated it.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Provider assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

The Customer will be informed if certain features are subject to fees. Payments are made according to the payment model specified at registration. The Provider reserves the right to change fees but will notify the Customer in advance.

7. Right of Termination

The Customer may terminate their user account at any time. This results in the immediate loss of access and usage rights. The Provider may terminate a user account in case of violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer. By continuing to use the website after notification of changes, the Customer confirms acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Legal Provisions

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. All agreements, negotiations, and disputes arising from or in connection with this contract are subject to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
